Mr. Swadhin Padhy, an IITian from Mumbai, is a luminary in the world of creative education. With over a decade of experience, he serves as the Director of Projects at Ronkel Brothers, infusing the team with his profound knowledge and boundless creativity.

Under Mr. Padhy’s innovative leadership, Ronkel Brothers embarks on an odyssey to revolutionize film production. By seamlessly integrating discovery, harmony, and inspiration into our process, we transcend conventional filmmaking, crafting an environment where creativity thrives and excellence is the norm. Beyond his role at Ronkel Brothers, Mr. Padhy is the academic director of Ronkel Media Education & Research Institute, an education division of Ronkel Group. He has crafted numerous course modules for creative learners of all backgrounds, demonstrating his commitment to reshaping education with creativity and excellence.
